David Burrowes MP welcomes Clare Hutchinson to Parliament to receive her MP’s Hero Award

Clare Hutchinson received the award for her excellent service over many years as Chair of Grange Park Residents Association (GPRA). Last month Clare attended the House of Commons to receive her award from David Burrowes MP.

David said, "Residents associations are vital to our local community, keeping politicians on their toes about local issues and providing a community focus for an area. Clare has been an outstanding chair of Grange Park Residents Association and I was pleased to be able to put her name forward for an award. Being chair of a residents association can often be an unsung role, with many complaints and much paperwork to deal with. Clare has helped to make GPRA one of the most successful local resident’s associations in terms of championing local issues and galvanising the support and goodwill of residents."
