Burrowes Supports Bookstart Day!

David Burrowes MP visited his local library at Southgate Circus today to help launch Bookstart Day. He was joined with his son Toby and the Startright Montessori. All children received a pack of books, crayons and a blue teddy.
David said, "Bookstart is an excellent programme which excites and interests young children to read books. I know my son enjoyed himself along with the other children from the local Montessori nursery. Many thanks to Southgate's librarians for a great morning of storytelling and for the appropriate gist of a blue bear!"
