JustTextGiving - Enfield, Southgate charities to benefit from Vodafone text donations service

Charities in Enfield, Southgate are benefitting from money being raised through an innovative new scheme developed by Vodafone on a not-for-profit basis. The service allows charities and individuals to raise money via text message donations providing a free, swift and convenient means of fundraising.
This service hopes to encourage giving by harnessing the charitable nature of a generation of people comfortable with using mobile phone technology. It is estimated that text donations could be worth £96 million annually by 2014.
To take part in this service you must register for a unique 6-digit Vodafone Individual Code text code by following the simple instructions at www.justtextgiving.co.uk. The service is free to set up and every penny donated goes to charity.
